By purchasing a service from Your Holistic Writer, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to create clarity, professionalism, and a respectful working relationship.

1. Services Offered

Your Holistic Writer provides custom blog writing and email content services designed for holistic and wellness-based businesses. All services are offered as digital deliverables, customized for each client.

No physical products are shipped. The final content is delivered via Google Doc or Notion link, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase through Stripe or other secure checkout options provided. Work will not begin until payment has been received.

Recurring services (such as monthly blog subscriptions) will be billed automatically unless canceled in advance of the renewal date.

3. Delivery Timeline

Unless otherwise stated, content will be delivered within 3 business days of receiving your completed intake form.

If additional clarification or materials are required from you, delivery may be delayed until those are provided.

4. Revisions

Each writing service includes one round of light revisions within 7 days of delivery. Requests for substantial rewrites or additional versions may incur an additional fee.

Revisions must be submitted in writing and relate directly to the original agreed-upon topic and scope.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of content writing services, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once work has begun.

If you need to cancel a service before the intake form has been submitted, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase for consideration.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information via the intake form

• Responding to clarification requests (if needed)

• Reviewing and requesting revisions within the 7-day revision window

Failure to provide necessary input within a reasonable time may result in delayed delivery or forfeiture of service.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon final payment and delivery, you receive full rights to use, modify, and publish the content as you see fit. However, I reserve the right to retain a version for my private portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You may not resell the content as a service or use it in a way that violates intellectual property rights.

8. Communication

All communication will be handled via email unless otherwise arranged. I aim to respond to all messages within 1–2 business days.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or purchase of services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
